Terms of sale
1. General
These terms govern placing an order on the website of SHOP SHOP (the “Seller”). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. They do not limit the rights you have under Georgian consumer protection law.
2. Products, orders and prices
Prices are in Georgian lari (₾). Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as the Seller can make them; colours may look slightly different on your screen. The final amount, including any delivery fee, is shown before you place the order. An order is accepted once the Seller confirms it; you can follow its status on the order page.
3. Availability
Stock is limited. If a product you ordered turns out to be unavailable, the Seller will contact you and either offer an alternative or cancel that part of the order and refund it.
4. Delivery and pickup
Delivery is available within the areas set by the Seller; the delivery fee is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may change. For pickup, collect your order at the Seller's address and bring your order number.
5. Payment
You can pay by the methods the Seller has enabled: cash, card on delivery, or online by card. Online payments are processed by a banking provider; card details are never passed to the Seller or the platform.
6. Responsibility
SHOP SHOP is responsible for the products, their quality, packing and delivery. direct is a technical platform and is not a party to the sale.
